Copper strip Casting machine for upward oxygen-free

 

 

The mainly process is that, put the copper cathode into the melting furnace straightly. It will be melted into liquid by frequency inductor .And the liquid of copper will flood into the holding furnace automatically and smoothly through the transition house, and then it will be deoxidized by the charcoal or graphite flake covered. The holding furnace keeps the copper liquid temperature in 1150℃±10℃.

Recommended process for producing ultra-thin copper busbars and copper strips and the copper plate and copper foil making machine:

 

Upward continuous casting machine → continuous extrusion machine → rolling mill → annealing furnace → drawing bench machine

 

The rolling amount of the billet is limited, and the thickness of the rolled semi-finished product is generally greater than 2mm, so a two-roll mill can be used;
